Parkmerced Vision Internship Program

Internship Opportunities

Parkmerced is accepting applications for an intern position which will be based in San Francisco, CA. Up to two (2) applicants may be selected. We offer the opportunity to work on construction, planning, engineering, and/or design related projects as an integrated member of the Development team and alongside professionals and consultants at all levels of their career. Our internship program will expose participants to a wide range of experiences within urban planning, construction, interiors, graphic design, and architecture. The intern will be in the office  assisting on all aspects of project implementation. This is a paid internship over a 6-month period.

The Parkmerced Robert L. Pender Memorial Scholarship

Scholarship Opportunities

The Parkmerced Robert L. Pender Memorial Scholarship was established in 2015 by the owners, management, and friends of Parkmerced to encourage the pursuit of career paths in engineering, architecture, urban planning, construction, and related fields. In January and July of each year, $1000 scholarships are awarded to full-time students pursuing a certificate, undergraduate, or graduate program in engineering, architecture, urban planning, construction, or related field. 

Applications must be submitted to Parkmerced in typewritten format. The scholarships are competitive and awards will be based on the applicant’s specific career goals, academic record, internship/professional experience, and financial need.
